"Here’s a polished, ready-to-post review: Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. Most of all, the service truly stood out: every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay."

"Everything was great. The garbage & recycle bin outside was overflowing when we arrived. I contacted them just to let them know beforehand it was not us. Within 3-4 days they had sent the company in charge of that to clear it. The Host was very responsive the whole time from when I booked until I left. We did have a problem getting the lockbox open at the beginning, I called and she informed me the key may be jammed and told me how to finagle that. Everything was within walking distance and overall we were pleased with the stay. "
