"This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake."

"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"House is large with lots of extras. Beds were not very comfortable in our opinion, and pool could have used a little cleaning. Some of the pool furniture was not in great shape. The few things that were not 100% with the house did not ruin our stay."

"The property itself is very nice and roomy. Everything worked, except for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs, which was minor. The house was very clean, which is extremely important, my wife was very happy with that. The hot tub gets nice and warm, once you figure out the system. The Wifi was strong, but only the password is given to you, the name of the Wifi isn't in the binder in the house, and when you look there are quite a few possible Wifi networks. We eventually got it worked out via texts...

We enjoyed the community pool and recreation center. This home was cat friendly which is a rarity and we would highly recommend it!!"

"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

"We enjoyed the house. In winter when we were there, the pool takes a long time to heat. The attached spa takes less time but if the days & esp. the nights are below 60 both take a while to heat. We did get a few days of pleasant swimming once the pool heated up. Check in was easy. House is well equipped. We loved visiting parks in the Ocala area so the house is well situated for that. We did find the beds & pillows could have been better but everyone has their own needs in that regard. All in...

Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! We will stay here every trip we take to the rainbow!"

"This house had everything we needed and the SPACE! 2 families with multiple aged kids was A worry, but there was space for family time, space to sneak away for alone time, and separate space for kids and for adults. (Bless the loft!) Gorgeous sunlight and views all throughout the day until sunset, and SO close to everything we needed. But no need to bring anything but groceries because it’s got everything you could need! This home really made our time together perfect!"
