"Everything was perfect. The staff was nice, the location was central to everything, the rooms were very clean, but they were a little small though. We had an amazing view of the city. The only little thing we noticed was the bathroom in the waiting area on the check in/ out floor. It could have been a little bit more maintained. It was very minor, and can be overlooked."

"Beautiful, quiet, clean hotel about 800 meter walk from Shinbashi JR train station (optional beautiful above-street walkway between buildings and intersections). Helpful efficient polite staff. We were able to leave luggage for keeping before check in. Only about 18 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. About 30 minute walk to Imperial Palace Park. Walkable neighborhood."

"We enjoyed our 2-night stay at APA Hotel and Resort Roppongi. The hotel is modern and elegant. The staff are very helpful. Our room was very clean, the shower and facilities were very good, breakfast was very good (plenty of choice). The hotel location was very good - in a very affluent part of Roppongi. The hotel was well situated for Tokyo Tower and the Yamanote line when wanting to see Shibuya and Shinjuku. The only thing I didn't like was the soft mattress on our bed - uncomfortable and dips in it."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a decent size by Tokyo standards. As a quick heads-up for others: there is a large step up into the bathroom, so you may want to contact the hotel if you have mobility issues (though it wasn't a problem for us). The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the evening light show. There is also a convenient bus service directly to Shibuya. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Very good customer service. They helped us called a local restaurant to cancel a booking and rebook at a different location. There is underground connection to train stations via B1. Walking distance to main Ginza shopping area. We noticed some updated facilities but more need to be done. We noticed water leaking at bathroom faucets and shower door which caused some messiness. The bathroom toiletries are very complete including hair treatment products. Breakfast was good. You can choose between buffet and western/japanese breakfast. Overall it is a very nice hotel and would like to stay here again."
