「The Queens is always our No.1 option whenever we stay in lovely Ludlow. It's got everything you could possibly need and the location is just perfect. The helpful and friendly staff are the icing on the cake! Can't wait to return in September. Highly recommended.」

「A comfortable room with helpful and efficient staff on hand. Good food at dinner and breakfast. 」

「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...

「Great welcome, comfortable bed but poor facilities in room. Heating unable to control and noisy. Poor sleep due to road noise and inconsiderate guests next door. Disappointed with breakfast quality.」

「Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and spotless, nice bed slept well. Had evening meal at hotel and it was first class, nice atmosphere in the bar and whilst dining. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.」
