“I have never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. I searched for five-star hotels in Detroit on Google Maps and found only this one, so I booked this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that this hotel is not worthy of its reputation at all!”

“The rooms and hotel are very clean and nicely decorated. There are beautiful art pieces and paintings throughout the hotel making it a beautiful background for selfies and family pics. The restaurants are very nice with delicious food, especially Joe Muers Restaurant! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay especially Jalen at the front desk, he checked on us everyday via text message to make sure we were happy with our room etc. We will definitely be back.”
