「Room was clean but I wouldn’t say spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Beach access was super convenient. Everything you need within walking distance. Balcony is on the back side of the building but still a wonderful view & experience. There were ice chests, a beach blanket & umbrella in the closet for use as well! Super easy check in!」

「Location was great; Internet not working but they were timely in fixing it」

「Loved the communication, cleanliness, and privacy of this property!! Beautiful view of the Gulf we didn’t want to leave 😊!!! Highly recommend “the Mistral” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️」

「Overall the unit was great. Adequate space for 5 adults. The kitchen did not have hot pads, a pizza cutter or scissors. There were some baking sheets, but hot pads are necessary when using the stove. I would highly recommend adding these to the unit! The toaster also had a wire sticking out the top which was a safety issue. The only other thing we noticed was a rotted soft spot on the deck in the way to the pool/hot tub. We just put a chair over that spot so nobody would step on it. If these...

「Bikes advertised in the listing were not available at check-in and arrived more than 24 hours later. A technician was in the unit for several hours during the morning, significantly disrupting our stay. There was also ongoing construction outside every morning around 8:30am that was not disclosed and caused daily...

「Overall it was a great house and stay. There were issues w the hot tub temperature. Showers drained very slowly but to be say we weren’t satisfied would be very wrong. The 8 of us would stay there again and again. 」

「People directly above us were super noisy both verbally and physically. 」

「Great location! Beautiful views! Easy access to beach! Nice place….」

「Beautiful view of the beach, very clean and nicely decorated. Quick access to the beach, restaurants and souvenirs. Also, texting with the management team was very helpful for quick questions, and once when the elevator wasn’t working, which was quickly resolved. We felt very comfortable and safe.」

「Great stay, close to everything you need.」
