「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「The room was large and very comfortable. Well located near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was o k not great. Communication was difficult with several of the staff.」
