“When we arrived check in was fast, but when we went to our room on the 3rd floor the air handler on the roofer was so loud it sounded like it was right in the room. After returning from dinner we asked the front desk to move us to the 2nd floor if possible and the two young ladies were so accommodating and nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy and pillows were soft. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hinesville.”

“As always, this is my favorite place to stay. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are soft and the pillows are always cool.”

“The housekeeping is awful. My room smelled of mild dew. My bed was not clean. I slept on top of their covers & brought my own. As I’m checking out looking for my things I turn the covers back & there were stains on the other side of the bed. I broke out in a rash.”

“This is a small town so remember that when booking. The stay wasn't bad or good just average. You hear Marriott and think 5 star. Again not terrible but I am used to staying at big resorts so I want to be fair in my rating. Keeping in mind a small Military town. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby; however the pillows are undersized on king bed, sheet treadcount undesirable, and they did not restock breakfast. We were told breakfast was from 6-9a. We went 8:15a……

“I have stayed here in the past and that experience was wonderful. During this stay, the room that was paid for in advance was canceled by the Manager on duty after showing her confirmation and after speaking with someone from third party. She wanted me to pay cash for the room and told me to wait for the 3rd party to refund me the money back. She was very unprofessional and rude.”

“The stay was ok...it was one night. They did let me check in 2 hours early with no charge. The air worked great,there was no shampoo and only 1 bar of soap. There was no ice bucket or cups. There was no hair in the tub! It an ok stay for a couple nights.”

“The hotel looks very nice on the outside and in the main lobby. Thats where the good news ends. Walking down the hall way to our room first the water fountain was leaking all over the tile floor. Continue walking down the well worn carpet with holes in it to our room. Walk into the room and go into bathroom the floor of the shower was filthy. It looked as if house cleaning after cleaning the floor dumped the water leaving all the sediment on the shower floor and left it. In between the shower……

“The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the first floor at the end of the hallway. It was very quiet & peaceful. The air conditioning in Jesup was good, but it kept cycling off & on during the night. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. They were very nice & let us check in early. It was very hot outside, & we wanted to take a shower & change clothes. We really enjoyed the breakfast! The fresh ground coffee was delicious, & we liked the pork breakfast……
