"Room was very nice. I enjoyed the balcony every morning. We didn’t use the bathtub in the room because we didn’t have time but it was a nice touch. We had a garden view room. It was still beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Very attentive and polite. Would stay here again"

"Worst vacation I’ve ever been on. First you Expedia put me at an airport 2 hours away and it cost me $175 each way so a total of $350 that I didn’t have budgeted in. When I got there there were very few people that spoke or understood English well so we had to figure out a lot of things on our own. When we went to the restaurants I even had problems asking for ketchup. I will never go back and I’m not sure if I’ll ever use Expedia again!!!"

"We had a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel. Out of everything that went wrong, the AC was the biggest. We called over 15 times, and I was told “they are on the way in my 5 minutes” they never went. Everything was dirty and also maintenance of the whole resort is terrible. Very poor food quality and variety on day four we didn’t know what to eat. Nothing is cooked fresh they make just a whole lot of food on the grill and stack it on a plate resulting in everything being cold and dry. Service is was bad overall. Out of four pools only 1 can be enjoyed the rest are over 7 feet deep and the nicest one is only for members. I would never go back to a Sirenis hotel based on that TERRIBLE experience we had at this hotel. I could keep going however the only good thing at this hotel was the beach it was okay."

"Did not meet expectations. Some staff at club were rood and unprofessional. The beach area is full of solicitors. The room had multiple problems and some were not fixed. "
