"I had such a great experience staying here! The resort was very clean, well-managed, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff greeted us at the entrance and even took our luggage up to our room, which was a great first impression. The maids were fantastic and did an amazing job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and engaging. The restaurants were honestly a 10/10! The food was delicious, and the waiters and cooks were very interactive and made the dining experience even better. You could really tell that the staff cared about making sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable all-inclusive experience!"

"Excellent property, but unfortunately needs a lo of improvement in customer service in some areas. Most of the staff was very nice and professional, but definitely some others have no people's skills whatsoever. The price paid deserves a perfect experience. I suggest more options or more restaurants open and available all day since it's an all inclusive resort. There's one 24 hrs which is good, but I feel more buffet style should be helpful at least 10am-10pm without closing intervals, as it is now the main one. Very rude not to be able to enter the buffet after 10:30am. Because they close. On vacation you don't follow schedules, it's a time to just enjoy without stress."

"We had an amazing stay! The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to our butler, Christian, who was absolutely amazing and made our entire stay seamless and stress-free! A few areas for improvement: the towels could definitely be upgraded, as many were stained or very thin. I’d also recommend having more beverages in the rooms. There’s no alcohol stocked, aside from two beers, so you have to leave the room or call room service when you want a drink. Also, if you’re considering a swim-up room, I would avoid the Garden View Swim-Up—the view wasn’t great. Choose another room category if possible. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!"

"Encantadisima con este hotel y su servicio. Todo el personal super amables y siempre dispuestos a que nuestro estadia fuera inolvidable. La comida riquisima. Las areas de las piscina super entretenida. Los bartender amables y creativos con los tragos. Tienen tanto entretenimiento que no nos aburrimos para nada. Necesitabamos unos dias mas para poder hacerlo todo. Ya sabemos que volveremos."

"I liked the upgraded rooms, staff was helpful, some things could be improved. Such as the spa and the need for transparency in what they advertise. I got my hair done and expected to pay what they listed for a specific style and actually paid an additional $45. They were not prepared. My appointment was at 11am she didn't start on my hair until 1245p."
