“We have stayed at many VRBO in many states and have been impressed with most of them, but this far exceeded being impressed. The loft is beautiful, cozy, relaxing, and feels like home. Everything you need is there. The 22 acres is breath taking. We walked each morning and each night and our 3 year old was obessed with all the animals. We watched the sunset and enjoyed fresh farm eggs for breakfast. The owners are easy to contact and are so nice and helpful with local places to go. We will……

“Our stay in Bear was very nice. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and my wife enjoyed jogging in the morning. Plenty of access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies/convenience stores. Uber trips to UD were also convenient and it was a 15-20 ride to campus. We would stay here again.”

“Swallow's Rest West was just delightful, and the perfect base for our visit to Longwood Gardens. It was so creatively decorated, had all the amenities needed, and was clean and comfortable. Our host Henry was wonderful. Only thing I would have changed was having an operating window on the upper floor, to let in some fresh, cool air at night. But this was just a minor issue. I would still highly recommend this property.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Richfield. The house was clean and spacious, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We were able to fit our whole family of 6 adults and 2 children very comfortably for thanksgiving. Thanks for a great trip!”

“The place was as advertised and was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for a wedding nearby and the location out us about 10 minutes from the wedding venue and also to the hotels where others were staying. Only complaint is that it is close to railroad tracks and a road so bring a white noise machine to drown out the sounds at night.”

“Loved the welcome goodies. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners were absolutely fantastic, desiring to help make our stay perfectly comfortable, including with their friendliness. Julie even same day shipped us an iron and ironing mat! I enjoyed playing Jim Croche's records in the living room while visiting with family. We used all appliances in the kitchen without a problem. The ONLY downside was how firm the mattress was. Regardless, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly……

“The property was clean, easy to access, and the host was easy to communicate with. The toilet didn’t work upon arrival, so we had maintenance in and out during our stay to fix it. There was also no fire pit in the backyard as is advertised in the photos in this listing.”
