Visitors can enjoy sunbathing and swimming along the beautiful beaches, fishing off the Surf City Pier, or exploring local shops and restaurants in the charming town center. Nature lovers can kayak through the Intracoastal Waterway, visit nearby parks and nature preserves, or take a scenic boat tour. This home contains an elevator to access additional levels of the property. You may alert the Concierge before your arrival if you intend to use this feature.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there is a variety of wildlife in the area. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security, there is a Eufy camera mounted on the side external staircase at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

Charming Stay in a Beautiful Surf City Home

We had a wonderful stay in Surf City! The home was beautiful—clean, cozy, and perfectly located. What made it extra special was the kind little note left by the host along with a few goodies like chips, chocolate, and snack bars. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!
