Upgrade’s needed

The mirror and vanity in the downstairs bathroom need replaced. What a mess for the rent charged. Having owned a beach condo for thirty years, our rental agent would have had us replace both. The kitchen was nice and open with plenty of storage.

Beautiful view from the back deck!! The inside of the property was nice and clean. The outside was rather dirty and bushes by the driveway blocked your ability to see oncoming traffic,, which was dangerous. The garage where the washer and dryer were was very dirty and both of the appliances were rusty and dirty.
