「Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. 」

「This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!」

「Beach view is the only highlight of this hotel. Rooms are small, shabby, dirty. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Pay the extra $$$ and stay at Margaritaville next door.」

「Extremly inadequate! When we arrived there was no front desk to greet us for 5 minutes. The room didn't have enough washcloths & no face towels. The glass door nor the glass balcony was cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean our room after 5pm when we had returned... we asked for water & sent her away because we were tired. In addition to the bathroom wall needing to be cleaned. A towel covered the dirt spot. We didnt get any sleep every night because there was a loud buzzing noise that sounded...

「We had a great stay at this apartment in Hollywood, Florida. The place was very clean and literally right next to the beach, which was perfect. The owner was very accommodating, offering early check-in and providing an extra bed. Communication was clear, easy, and prompt throughout our stay.」

「We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! We walked into our room and never smelled any type of cleaning products. The drawers holding the silverware and pots and pans are disgusting and have never been cleaned.
