I’ve stayed here for years, the view is the best with front beach access an complimentary towels and chairs! Staff keeps the room clean daily with fresh towels. Everything is in walking distance so I fly into FLL an never rent a car! Enjoy

Great 5 night stay for our family. Beautiful views right on the boardwalk. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location. In walking distance of restaurants, bars, and live entertainment. Provided beach chairs and umbrellas was icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

We were traveling for business. Stayed the weekend before and liked it so much we rented the same place agian. The staff is super friendly, place is very clean and convenient to the broadwalk and restraunts. I left a message before arriving with a special request they knew us from the week before and when we arrived they had what we needed already for us.Will chose this place everytime we come.

La Tertace is a hidden gem. The room was clean and comfortable. The terrace view was awesome with easy access to the boardwalk. We arrived late sat and Shawn went above and beyond to make sure our checking was smooth. I am definitely coming back and staying longer next time.

The manager was angrily aggresive, RUDE & arguesome when he questioned my review. I told him my room was a side peek ocean view & was falsely advertised as an OCEAN VIEW room. the hotel was ok but customer service is definitely LACKING. Very impersonal checkin & instructions over an intercom. Steps from beach was a plus.

The location is great. Many restaurants and bars nearby as well as steps from the beach. This is an old hotel that has been well maintained. It has a large second story patio that overlooks the broadwalk and the beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Great little motel. We had the deluxe king bed, with separate living and kitchen. Can't beat the location andcthe view, restaurants nearby, staff was super friendly and helpful. Terrace for sunrise or to relax was awesome. They even provide chairs to take to the beach. Rooms were very clean. Modest motel but very comfy and clean. Totally recommend will go again.
