“The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.”

“Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels.
