"The rooms are okay but not clean need maintenance asap"

"It's a clean hotel in a good location. My own fault for not paying more attention to the "cozy" adjective in some reviews - the rooms here are very small! Clean but probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I.e. the sink is a few feet from the bed and not separated by any sort of wall. The diner in the hotel is very convenient, with good simple food and fast service. "

"The room was good and the location is excellent, our room had some noises which kept my wife up and there was a nearly $45 a night destination fee. If there is noise for you, you can ask to switch rooms. "

"Nice hotel with a bare bones lobby (nowhere to even sit) and minimal front desk staff who were nice but didn't really offer any type of customer service. Stayed in a Balcony King. Great view. Typical NYC sized room with softer bed. Nice modern bathroom but never had a truly hot shower -- warm enough but never hot, (even letting the sink run totally on hot produced only warm water). They offer a "free minibar." That means one Coke, one Diet Coke, 2 bottles of mineral water, one small bag of chips, one box of M&Ms that alternated with a chocolate granola bar. They refilled each day. No coffee maker but I did see Nespresso refills on maid cart so some rooms might have one. The maid service is great, they cleaned and made up the room beautifully every day. The hotel has two nice bars, one in the basement and one on the 15th floor that serve custom cocktails, and there is a very nice restaurant on the first floor. We had great breakfasts there and drinks one night. I recommend getting espresso/coffee somewhere else (theirs was not good). If you stay here, head to 30th and Madison and try Slate for lunch or breakfast, wonderful coffee, nice breakfasts and sandwiches/salads."
