"We very much so enjoyed our stay at the freehand hotel. The staff are excellent people and extremely welcoming and supportive. They will give you great directions and help you at a 10 out of 10 level. The restaurant is fantastic with excellent food and amazing staff. They make good drinks and very good pizza. The hours can become a little bit tricky at the restaurant because coming back from an event I would like to enjoy a drink. . The hours can become a little bit tricky at the restaurant because coming back from event I would like to enjoy a drink or more food so they should maybe just keep it open a little bit longer. Overall this hotel experience was at six out of 10 it does. It needs a lot better value for the amount of money that I am paying I would just like to re-say it was a totally fine experience with great people however it was very loud at night time. It’s not ideal spot to stay. It is quieter than other regions. However, it’s extremely loud and the room the windows were a little bit dirty and so is the floor and it smelled very bad and it was here in the drain. That is why I read the freehand hotel in New York City is six out of 10. "

"It’s a great spot, good location. It’s just super loud and noise really sips in through the doors, windows and everywhere. It’s NY, sure. Not much can be done there but I think soundproofing upgrades would take this place to the next level. Otherwise, it’s an Ace hotel, you’re in good hands! "

"Breakfast options for grab and go were great and exceeded my expectations. Room showers could be cleaner. Great location. Staff ensure safety and security. You can not access elevators without the staff checking if you have a room card. I would stay here again. Great for families with joint room options. "

"The Paramount at Times Square is hands-down the best hotel I have been to in NYC. The lobby is genuinely gorgeous, and the rooms are quaint. The rooms are on the smaller end (this is NYC after all), but it does not feel like they are small. They are laid out strategically to feel spacious, and the amenities offered are excellent. The staff are always super friendly and provide excellent customer service. Aside from all of these benefits, the hotel is in the perfect location. It is strategically near Broadway Street and Times Square. There are plenty of bodegas and great restaurants within a 2-minute walk of the hotel, and it is only an 8-minute walk away from the Gershwin Theaters, where Wicked plays. 10/10 recommend."
