「Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically...

「This was my first stay at the Iroquois (I am in NY often but usually do not stay in midtown) on a very last minute trip to NYC for work. I arrived insanely late at night and very frazzled and the front desk staff (Josh and another many I cannot recall name) were very nice to me and went above and beyond to get me settled in. Over my 4 night stay (I extended from original reservation) every person I dealt with there was very professional, nice, accommodating. their included breakfast was perfect...
