設備很多都未盡看管責任 ， 例如 通到陽台的鎖快掉下來 ，熱水器滴水讓人差點摔倒， 未到退房時刻 早上8:35自己推門進入 ，很嚇人 終於溝通後換房間 結果睡前發現 ， 臥室到陽台的鎖 不能鎖 ，只告訴你 這裡很安全 ？？ 然後 最後又換回原房間 ，我真的累了 門板很清楚有漏水過後痕跡 未處理好 廚房流理台接縫變色 粗糙 整個物件在維修管理上 有很大的改進空間 唉 ，一日兩搬 ，真的很累

Upon check-in, the front desk staff was super friendly and professional. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the aesthetic of the hotel, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we were looking for. We really appreciated the complimentary snack and water. This was a nice touch. We also visited the spa and restaurant. The massage therapist was perfect, and the spa amenities were the best. Breakfast was excellent. All food items were fresh and plentiful. The hotel restaurant was in an ideal location which offered great views of the sea. We would also like to show our appreciation for Luka and Milovan. Their friendliness and excellent customer service made our experience outstanding. Thank you.
