「Communication with Host. Confirmed parking spot and one extended day not fulfilled on the day I arrived. I had to rebook a flight and I wasn't able to use my rental car, resulting in losing 24,000 frequent flier miles. Awful, unprofessional, and unapologetic for their errors. Natalie and Silvia need training.」

「The Front Desk staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Gustavo the bellman was very courteous and helpful with all our bags and packages. The lobby was large and comfortable with a coffee machine that was inexpensive and produced a great latte. The room was a 1 bedroom plus living room which was a good size for our family of 4 with comfort, decor and provided everything we needed. 「Property in quiet neighborhood. Responsive host does not really accommodate large family with only 2 bedrooms. Limited toiletries. Ice maker doesn’t work refrigerator does not get cold. Other than that budget friendly for short stays」
