“Highly recommend if you like to experience the rural life! Animals wonder in the yard and peacocks greet us each morning.. owners are on property if needed! Close to Main Amana! Plenty of space and amenities !!”

“The garage and downstairs are not open to the guest, which was a little odd, but overall the house was cute and clean.”

“The property was great. Perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ideal for a weekend getaway.”

“We had a great experience! We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. Many places we’ve stayed have only enough supplies for the time you’re there (I.e two garbage bags, two dish pods, etc.) but there were plenty of supplies to get us through. The only thing I wish I knew going in was that the kitchen didn’t have things like a sheet pan or measuring cup which required us to get creative with some of our cooking. Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. This Vrbo is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. We were close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!”

“We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !”

“This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient.”

“The property was clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly how to access the property, lock up, where to park, etc. It was an easy process and I would highly recommend.”

“Great location and the house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”

“Enjoyed the stay and great host”

“Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything……

“I booked this for a family get together with 16 guests. I had to change to 8 people and add a pet dog at the last minute. I am glad we did not have all 16, as that would have been too many. There is only 1 full bathroom in each unit so that would not have been enough. The 8 guests was perfect amount. Everything was good. We enjoyed the front porch and off street parking.”

“Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.”

“The place was overall as expected by pictures, but the smell of old smoke was overwhelming and a huge issue for me.”

“We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.”

“Everything was great , had a wonderful stay.”

“We had a group of 11 adults and found the house spacious and comfortable. Chad was quick and informative in their responses. The backyard has a good entertaining space between the hit tub, fire pit and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking/baking utensils. The basement is also a great entertaining space between the card table and large sectional. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks and. Great house and would stay here again!”

“We had a pleasant stay and was able to visit with family in the area.”
