Great location and condo in Waikiki

This property was just perfect for our family (4 adults, 4 children) Location is perfect, 2 easy blocks from the beach and there are many restaurants and stores very close by. check in/check out was easy, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, and the free parking spot was a bonus. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location everything is at walking distance and also the beach . The view was very nice . No issues checking in or out very simple and they let us know we could get an early check in which was nice because we were 4 hours early into checking in .

Very Dirty Place

We had terrible correspondence with host at first. Then terrible time checking into place. Once we got in it was dirty. Stained furniture bugs everywhere. Bed had something nasty on sheets. We decided to not stay there would not recommend stay

Good location but just okay stay

This building is in a good location but is very old and the unit itself was updated but there were still issues with cleanliness. There is a roach problem in the kitchen and we had 4 different occasions finding them crawling around our food during our stay. Very loud window AC units, made it hard to sleep. The most frustrating part was that we were given the wrong lock box code and and spent almost an hour on the curb before we could get inside after taking to customer service. The price is decent for the location but beware before renting.

Great location

The unit itself was pretty clean, updated and spacious but the building was very old and somewhat gross. The location is excellent though with only a short walk to the beach and amongst many shops and restaurants. The check in process and awful. Dozens of lock boxes on the wall outside the building. We were given the wrong lock box number and it took a lot of phone calls and time to figure out the correct number and get into the unit. The garage opener wasn’t working and we had to wait until the next day to get a special replacement battery.

Amazing Location

Literally the best location on the strip, with Waikiki Beach at your doorstep. An incredibly convenient location, within walking distance of the Royal Hawaiian Center and International Market Place, this place makes it ideal for food and shopping. We took our kids to the zoo and the aquarium which was also walking distance. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had strong water-pressure. The hosts thought of everything, with beach umbrellas and mats at our disposal, not to mention the boogie boards which the kids loved! Having a kitchen made the vacation easier on the wallet, and having an ABC store around the corner for emergency supplies is always a plus. Can't wait to go back!!!

Great Stay with parents and teens

fantastic place! extra pillows, blankets, air conditioner in every room. The place was clean with everything we needed. We did not use the kitchen, but they had a single cup coffee maker and a coffee pot. Sleeper was super comfortable. Great location and view of ocean ! Our teen sons loved having their own entrance from their room but having the comfort of connecting to the other part of the condo! Has tons of beach towels 2 beach chairs 2 umbrellas and beach is 2-3 min walk. Loved the place !

Perfect for family of 6

The apartment felt very secure with multiple fob systems and locks to get into the home. The apartment was also very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The only thing was the individual AC units were pretty much running 24/7 even while sleeping or else it got pretty humid and uncomfortable. The air was blowing on our face all night which is a minor inconvenience. Overall the apartment location was amazing, very clean inside, and the amenities were really amazing. Wifi, TV, fridge, shared laundry room, our family enjoyed with zero issues. It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach and by the shopping centers in Waikiki. The hosts were quickly responsive and helpful in the two instances that someone parked in our designated spot in the garage. Other than those blips, it was the perfect stay for my family.
