“We stayed at Woodhall hotel and spa for 4 nights in the lodges. There was not much natural light entering the room and noise can be heard from the adjoining room The building could do with some refurbishment The views and gardens are beautiful The staff were really excellent and nothing was too much trouble The food was equally good with some fabulous combinations and flavours and, they have an interesting wine list, if slightly on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you”

“Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.”

“Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!”

“Staff, food and environment was great. However we were not given the room we booked for. We booked a deluxe family room but got a queen with insufficient bed space for 4. Had to make shift another room to fit. In addition, the air-conditioning was not working. Extractor in the bedroom was barely working causing th room to steam up even more. We know there is a difference as speaking with another family on a different floor, they had a room with modern air conditioning and theirs was working……

“Restaurant is still good and well maintained but room and all the other areas really need to be renovated.”

“The breakfast menue was either hot or cold.a big range in both. My room was a standard but good. The staff very helpful as I have a walker and stick. I really ejoyed the spa facilities made quite good use of them. pool has a sauna and a hot tub there is also an outside hot tub. the staff are great. really enjoyed my solo stay..”
