“Had kids next door banging on my room door all night long playing. We caught them doin it and went reported it and all staff did was call and ask and they say it was the people next door which was an elderly couple. They did it all night long until the parents in the next rm came out and I gave them a piece of my mind and warned them if it was done again that the ending results wasn’t gone be nice. We had to leave for a while to let things settle down and them kids go to bed because they were……

“Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future.”

Ladies at desk were very nice and friendly. Close to Oaklawn across street. Breakfast was nice too. We stay there a lot every time in Hot Springs.”
