"No complaints. Kind staff. Yes, the surrounding area can be 'lively' at night, but it's really close to public transit/BART so I was always on my way to somewhere else and not hanging out too much around the hotel. There are some good coffee spots nearby. "

"I checked in and the room was covered in bleach spots. I went to the front desk minutes after walking in and they told me they have accounted for it and I won’t be charged. I checked out this morning and they took a large portion of my deposit and then told me I have to wait until Monday to speak with someone about it. I will never stay here again "
