"Not sure what to say, it was so awesome!! Beautiful property!. Very relaxing! Requested arrangements for dining, entertainment, and transportation available. Hot tub was amazing after hiking and a day at Machu Picchu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best week ever!"

"Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!"

The “Spa Pool” is a nice option in the cool evenings or windy days but we were charged $20.00 USD to use it on the first afternoon of our arrival.
The staff was wonderful for the majority of our stay. Yeti, a very kind gentleman on staff there was quick to help us us in everything we needed. The reception desk is very attentive to arrange...
