“This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. We enjoyed this home for a winter pre-thanksgiving gathering with our son .It was idea and lovely. Thank you to wonderful hosts who were so responsive. With appreciation, The Bridges”

“Four days stay in this lovely VRBO. The host, Stas, couldn’t have been nicer. Went out of his way to show us around and to check in on us periodically. It’s clean, bright and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend it and stay there again.”

“Excellent location but apartment was not clean, floors were dirty, bathtub was dirty, no coffee maker or basic things at every VRBO I've stayed in, such as salt, pepper, sugar. My 22 month old granddaughter found a piece of glass on the bathroom floor, and I later found another piece near the front door, which I left on the desk. Would not recommend staying here.”

“This place was great. Minutes from train station to Boston. Easy check in it was clean and we will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area. Neighborhood was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay close to Boston.”

“I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. The only challenge that I would mention is that there are a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly with you, this may be a little bit difficult as the apartment……

“Stayed here for one night with my son when we arrived in Boston to launch our week of college visits. It is walkable to tufts and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Communication with the host with my only complaint. We had questions ahead of time that went unanswered. They were clear instructions inside the unit itself but no help ahead of time from the host. My main concern was parking street parking is available though it was jammed up when we arrived. It did open up later in the evening.……

“Great location for our stay in Roslindale. Comfortable and clean. Appreciate Jonathan allowing an early check in and keeping us informed of work being done on the outside of the house. He was easily reached when we had a question. Would definitely recommend for others wanting to stay in or around Roslindale.”

“This by far is one of the BEST VRBOs that I've rented! Awesome everything! The check-in process was very simple, the host outlined EVERYTHING, before & during the stay & a notebook provided instructions on literally everything - there isn't anything she did not leave out. The ONLY thing I would say that is it difficult to find, it is upstairs, the stairs are steep, you hear road noise, there weren't any blackout curtains. BUT it was an awesome place to stay & I would go back. Thanks for a great……

“We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Due to the warmth outside, the inside of the property left us sweating and extremely uncomfortable as the thermostat was left on heat and we could not……

“This place was cozy and perfect. My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. It's a king size bed, and they are sometimes hard to find so we were thrilled by that. The kitchen has all of your needs, we cooked a few meals and had all the pots and pans we needed. The couch and big chair were also comfy for our movie nights, when our daughter……

“Had a group of friends racing at Head of the Charles and this loft was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the river, food, coffee, and grocery stores. The host was communicative, very friendly, and the listing was accurate. Clean for the most part, quite, and we enjoyed our stay.”
