“This was a great experience and hit all the buttons. With a secluded location only 15 minutes from most attractions you really get have both the social excitement before retreating to comfortable seclusion. The cottage was perfect offering exactly the small things that are needed i.e coffee, pre-programmed netflix login, and a terrific layout. It was a true Berkshire stay with the blizzard, being able to just hunker down, or enjoy snowboarding on the mountain that was 10 min away. Great……

“The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!”

“Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”

“did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming”

“Great location! Fun place to stay, lots of space for your group to hang out inside and out. We stayed in Family room- the king bed was super uncomfortable. Sent the inn an email but didn’t get any type of response. Guest service needs work.”

“The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still……

“nice spot on the lake…loud road noise( get lakeside unit…check in wasbuggy and flawed but a few people on site were helpful beds were comfy”

“The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from. The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The pool looked very inviting, however it was too cool out and or raining. Hopefully next time… there will definitely be a next time!”
