「We had an excellent stay, cant fault the staff they all bent over backwards to help us. Nice touch taking our car and parking and carrying our cases in. Will definitely stay again」

「The staff were lovely and helpful but we had booked there as there was food available. However when we got there we were told food only on Sundays. 」

「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」

「The Wizards Chambers is a lovely, unique, clean place to stay. If you are a Harry Potter fan it's a great place to stay. Parking is easy, a folder with all the information you require is at hand and you are right in the centre of beautiful Alnwick. However, we wish we were notified, about the building work next door, so we could decide if we stayed here or not. Work is permitted from 8-5 Mon-Fri and 8-1 on Saturday. 」

「The skirting boards all around the room were thick with dust The silicone in the shower was mouldy. The duvet had a smell to it. Cleanliness overall was disappointing. 」

「Lovely, clean room (Muckle). Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a few little niggles, such as the tv remote had no cover over the batteries and didn’t work properly as a result. No coffee machine or mini fridge, both pretty standard these days, even in much less expensive rooms. The decor, both room and hotel generally, is really nicely done, and overall, we had a lovely stay. No better recommendation than to say we would definitely stay there again. 」
