「Excellent hotel. Larger than I expected. Staff very kind and helpful. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Really couldn’t fault it. Super easy parking. Great location for castle and town: beautiful location, and very modern building behind the street frontage. Dinner was good. Service excellent. Wish I had booked more nights. Oh, and BTW, the smell of the hand and shower soap was phenomenal.」

「Location is great with lots of free parking options nearby including EV chargers. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and warm. On the downside was the fact that our room was just above the pub and on Saturday night was very loud until midnight and we couldn’t sleep. So make sure to ask for a room on higher floor. 「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」

「The Wizards Chambers is a lovely, unique, clean place to stay. If you are a Harry Potter fan it's a great place to stay. Parking is easy, a folder with all the information you require is at hand and you are right in the centre of beautiful Alnwick. However, we wish we were notified, about the building work next door, so we could decide if we stayed here or not. Work is permitted from 8-5 Mon-Fri and 8-1 on Saturday. 」

「Entrance to car park is very narrow if you have a big car. Front door closed at 10pm so would have to access from rear of property up steep stairs to fire exit and enter with fob. We were back by 9:45pm and we could not buy a drink as last orders had been called 🙁. But clean, comfortable room and central so would stay again for price.」
