“Pool was closed, but the property is great. They have their own dogpark. The shower was amazing and room was clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, it was quite firm. We had a noisy neighbor blaring music and the staff shut it down immediately. Really decent free breakfast and good wifi. Pet friendly too!”

“This was a huge campground surrounded by redwoods! It had a little store, an arcade cabin, it was nicely landscaped with lots of flowering bushes and even a cute lighted gazebo. There were areas for RV and tent camping and cabins in different sizes scattered all over. All of it was dog friendly and there was even a dog park enclosure to let your dog off leash. Our cabin had a full size kitchen with dishes, a bedroom with a back deck overlooking the campground full of redwoods, a great shower……

“The room was immaculate and the property was located right on the water. We were able to watch the birds, whales and sea lions. A gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, and you can also walk down to the black sands beach, which reminded us of the one in Iceland. The staff corresponded well via email. The restaurants nearby had great food selection as well. It was a lovely and relaxing stay and I would 100% recommend this place. The hundreds of switchbacks (lol!) you have to drive to get here……

“The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was good.
The only con: they had run out of butter in the breakfast room the previous day and still didn't have any. That could have been easily remedied with a trip to the grocery store but instead guests had to do without. I know this seems minor but ...”
