“Property was amazing! Great spot right in downtown Cleveland. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was an amazing experience! Caden at the front desk is a gem and every other staff member was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area again. ”

“The staff is the most friendly staff on the planet! If I could, I would give the staff 20 stars. Our room was amazing with a view of the public square at night. The square has a sort of light show at night. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and clean. “This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”
