"Perfect house for family boating trip. Very close to Mary Esther, FL boat ramp. Plenty of off-road parking for the boat.The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 & dog. There was plenty of room for more guests. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking & it had a fenced in backyard. Very clean & neat space. "
"Very surprised with this property, although an old property it has been updated. The amenities such as the private beach and water rentals was a plus. All staff was polite and friendly. One disappointment was not being able to apply my stay for choice awards eventhough it was a choice property. It was booked through this site. "
"The house was beautiful and very good overall for the first 2 nights although the pool was a little unclean but I think it was from the grass being cut. The owner did get someone out to clean it for us though. The last couple of nights we did excperiance a power outage which did make the air not work and power in the kitchen and half the house be off for the remaining of our trip. This did include the kitchen appliances to not be working and the only air was the fans."
