“I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.”

“As travellers from Australia unfamiliar with the town of Idyllwild or the property, we were absolutely thrilled when we drove into the property and spotted our cute Sequoia cottage. Then we walked inside and were blown away by how amazing it was inside. The whole experience from first contact prior to checking in to checking out after our stay. Beautiful town and such a cute property with Squirrels, bunny rabbits and woodpeckers around the property. Highly recommend this property. Very well……

“Had a wonderful experience!! Cabin bigger than it looks, very clean, TONS of towels (which I respect), and it had all your basic needs. Communication from the hosts was easy and responsive! The location is absolutely perfect! Easy walk to town! The backyard is perfect for dogs but make sure to keep them leashed. We will absolutely be coming back!”

“Desert Riviera Hotel is my new favorite place in Palm Springs. The rooms are clean, well decorated and unique. The best part is the staff who are very accodating, making us feel like we are at home and the property is perfect for a relaxing stay. ”

“I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!”

“This property is stunning- I wish it was my home. The building is gorgeous, the plants on the property are lush and there are hummingbirds everywhere! The room was excellent: comfortable king bed, great pillows, clean, modern bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Robes and good towels. The pool was great, small for lounging, not really for laps. It's heated, so not chilly to get into. The daily breakfast was wonderfully fresh and had many options- there was nothing we were missing. The……

“A very cute adults only boutique hotel within walking distance to the main Palm Springs shopping district. There are only 8 rooms surrounding a pool in the center. There is minimal staff onsite, however they respond quickly to text message inquiries. Rooms are large, with a kitchenette (refrigerator and microwave only). Bathroom in room 8 was on the small side, with small stand in shower. Its very quiet here, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The hot tub did not work. Once I got in, I turned on the jets and it worked for 2 min before completely shutting off. I tried to restart the breakers attached to the hot tub but nothing g would turn it back on. ”
