"The Place is conveniently located near the train station. The staff are warm, welcoming and had plenty of ideas for things to do and see. We received a complimentary room upgrade upon check in which was lovely. The room and bathroom was very spacious with high ceilings, large windows and it had a mystery theme. The bathroom also features a large soaker tub and double shower heads. It was also quiet. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main reception:)"
