「Had a brilliant time with my husband and absolutely loved seeing the newly renovated Crieff Hydro, it’s absolutely beautiful. We were there child-free celebrating our 10-year anniversary, so it felt extra special. The meals and breakfasts were outstanding and really made the stay even more enjoyable. 「For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. Went down whole area in darkness. You would have thought the hotel was closed. Dinning room closed breakfast in attached bistro, thank goodness this was lovely. 」
