“我這次是入住商務套房，房間非常寬敞且乾淨，兒童室內遊戲間我家小孩特別愛（但空調蠻冷的）。 泳池不太，在室外，我入住時剛好是陰天，所以水是涼的，但還算乾淨。 美中不足的地方是飯店電梯，只有三台且不大，遇到尖峰的退房時間，電梯確實是要等很久。”

“The time for checking in and checking out took too long. There was no specific passage for waiting in line. Although there are two to three receptionists, I had waited in one line while the other three hotel guests had checked in right next me. Same thing happened when I checked out the room.”

“The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. ”

“The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point.”

“It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing. The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price. Also, everything cost extra was a bit unpleasant, i.e. towel rental/ lockers. But overall a very nice experience staying over. Glad to……

“Great view of Taal lake. Kitchen is fully functional with kettle, microwave and fridge. also provided utensils , soap, towels etc , unlike most places i’ve stayed at recently. Wi-fi and TV are decent . Street noise and music can be heard - as is normal in many tourist spots. Security is very good.”
