“The resort was so well maintained, safe and beautiful. The staff were very patient, helpful and polite, and did look after us, especially our 8 month old daughter Leela , very well. Airport shuttle was easy to find, and very comfortable. Bar was excellent. Miri and its staff were brilliant, especially Abhishek, Gaurav, Sumit, Yash, Chef Asif, Rebek, Akhum, Miriam. thank you to Shahbaz and Gajanan, and special mention to the room attendants, Sunil and the team. “Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort.”

"Everything is good, except the air con in the public area really needs to improve. I felt it's so warm on the floor, in the 1F restaurant and in the 1F public toilet. I sweat in the toilet, too warm and my frige in the room didn't work even after mechanics come. But the air con in the room is ok. "
