"We went from US to India for a week. I booked this place as it had good reviews. This is one of the best places in Surajkund but not the best. Check in process could have been improved with more attentive staff that should smile more and not dismiss us when we ask questions, they also put in a smoking room after requesting non-smoking - however it was easily resolved. the upstairs restaurant food was amazing for dinner and breakfast plus the manager was extremely nice!"

"I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true."
