“This property turned out much better than I expected from the pictures. Bar/Restaurant is closed since Covid times, so it is just a quiet simple place to rest. We had everything ready for our arrival, it was self check in. I suggest taking showers in the evening, because it is an old building and boiler is very slow to hit up, so in the morning you may run water for 15 min before it warms up. Giant Eagle and Dollar General and Sheetz are very close, across the hotel is an old church, police is……

“Our family of four would normally stay in a hotel when coming to visit family in Blairsville, but this time we opted to try something different. The Bakery Loft was a great space for our family! There is plenty of room in the loft for a family to spread out so you are not on top of each other like a hotel room. You have the 2nd and 3rd floor available to you! The view from the loft was beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable. Just remember there are stairs up to the apartment. I would……

“What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. The check in was simple and parking in the back worked out great. The kitchen is enormous, stocked with plenty of utensils/dishes, soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper shakers. There aren't many restaurants in the area, so making full use out of the kitchen was very helpful. In addition, there was a cute little coffee/tea setup, full water……
