「Fire alarm beeping all night after I asked twice to be looked at. Pool was not available because they said it was too cold. Outdated facilities. 」

「Beautiful hotel & comfortable bed in a clean, spacious, well - decorated room. The staff members were reserved. Carlos was super welcoming. It felt a little like being at The Hershey Hotel or the Salamander where some of the personable/boutique element is lost in the largess of everything/anonymity.」

「The breakfast menu was fresh and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that my GPS let us to an entrance to the hotel which was a ramp and then it had a big drop so I bottomed out my car just letting people know to only exnter off of the highway entrance. There was a caution orange net there but somebody took it down and we arrived at night so we did not see that.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! Check in lady acting like she was doing me a favor, letting me stay on the first floor. The room was disgusting. There were tiny holes in the gross window curtain. The freezer section of the fridge needed to be defrosted so badly that I could not use it. The tub dripped, thank goodness, not real loudly. However, the air conditioner sounded like the jet passing over at low levels when it turned on and stayed on. I could not adjust it any cooler, it said it was at 70°, but I was...

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was like new remodel, it looked nice. I love the location. Good restaurant next door. Will stay here again.」

「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」
