“nice service”

“Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up……

“Very clean room, but common areas not as clean. Elevators dusty and dingy. Service at the front desk was sub par. ”

“It’s a nice hotel. I love it.”

“I loved the staff. Very friendly. I didn't like how far I had to walk from the elevators to my room. It was the longest walk I think I have ever had in one hotel ever.”

“The apartment had a great location to explore the inner harbor and actual apartment building location was better than the address listed. Parking was easy with in/out privileges and the rate was better than any other options. Pool on terrace level was a nice escape and had a lifeguard. Apartment itself was on two floors with bedrooms, two bathrooms and washer/dryer on second floor. Televisions had Netflix, but nothing else (a digital antenna on one TV would have been nice). Building was……
