“We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! ”

“The hosts were very accommodating to our late arrival. They also provided an excellent breakfast in our room the next morning - my wife had a delicious omelette and I had the “Dutch Baby”, so good! We stayed in the Library Room, very comfy and cosy. Close to Victoria Airport. I highly recommend a night or romantic weekend here. ”

“This Old historic building is tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques and located right on the waterfront promenade, next to Beaconhill Park. The location is unbeatable for people who like to walk or cycle. The rooms are large, full of old world ambiance, with comfortable beds and quality linens. They offer a fine breakfast in the ocean view dining room in the morning (included in room rate). Excellent service during our 2 day stay. They also have lock ups for bikes with chargers for……

“Building is majestic, high decorated ceilings, hardwood floors and classic art. Room decor was nice, four poster bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was a highlight, served on bone china, the eggs Benedict were perfect.”

“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. The owners are excellent chefs and they prepare wonderful breakfast for us every morning with big surprise.
