“The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. “Should pay attention for the cleanliness of the toilet seat with brown stains, I tried to remove them but in vain.The floor is dirty too.Much debris in the bathroom and the area near window.I swept the floor by myself. Yet the whole building is quite Located in a quiet place.”

“The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app.”

“The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. Finding the apartment initially was hard as it was not well marked along the street nor……

“Staff was friendly but checked in through computer. Room/bldg unusually hot, no AC, amenities in slight disrepair. Overall just okay.”

“A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll.”

“Better than expected ”

“Honestly good hotel! Super close to metro and a lively area. There can be some sketchy people around the area since it’s a party area late at night, but if you keep your head up you’re fine. The hotels entrance is locked after a certain time which I really like, and when a intoxicated guy was giving us the creeps the hotel staff saw, and unlocked the door as I couldn’t get my card in time, which I was thankful for. Anyhow, the hotel itself is beautiful, good beds, fancy rooms, and close to……
