"The room was clean and new. It had a full kitchen and was spacious! The ceiling to floor windows gave us the true experience of Chicago life. We also had access to really cool amenities like the play room, arcade and fitness room.
Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevators and other guests that night were walking between rooms all night (till 4am!) , talking loudly/yelling and crying, slamming doors so it's hard to say if the bed is comfortable for sleep since we didn't really sleep...
