Villa Corthouts: Luxury home close to bike trail!

This is a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom house with a swimming pool that is located in the Inverness Villages a small neighborhood next to the Lakeside CC and Withlacoochee State Trail. Our home comes with multiple upgrades and enough space for the entire family, come home to an open concept floor plan loaded with amenities inside and out, the living room comes complete with a Flat screen TV and Wifi.
Spa/Pool may be heated for an additional $35 per day upon request.

The Resort
The Villages, next to the Lakeside Golf Community is a small subdivision close to Downtown Inverness. Next to the Withlacoochee State Trail and close to local groceries and shoppes. Many restaurants, groceries, medical clinics, Wal-Mart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are within minutes of the Resort.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
There is a car in the garage, but you can park your car on the drive way. No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Jacuzzi can be heated daily, pool heating is 3 night minimum.

We have our front-desk office on highway 41, about 2 minutes from the house.

BBQ-Grill rental is available thru Property Management Office for $50 per stay.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
