「The property is in a great walkable area, close to attractions and bars with great Scottish music. Loading area right in front of house made it easy with luggage. House is historical so it’s interesting but very comfortable.」

「The property was great; plenty of parking, plenty of room to move about. The house was large but quaint and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote but only minutes from town. I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." 「Wonderful place to stay and would definitely return! Very walkable to riverfront and many excellent restaurants. Very clean! Host provided us a yummy welcoming snack basket. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to sleep and relax. Well stocked kitchen hardware, dishes, pans, etc. Thanks for a great stay!」

「Needs to be shown better on the listing that the inn is un manned with no bar or food service. Had a small issue that was very quickly sorted out. Most likely will use again.」

「The colour scheme is a bit of a shock at first but it does grow on you. The kitchen is well appointed but unfortunately no microwave. Because the kitchen/dining area/ lounge are all in one room it is not that easy to relax. The bedroom is up a steep set of stairs and my husband who is quite tall , did have to be extra vigilant getting out of bed to stop himself banging his head on the roof! The bed was very comfortable. A nice cottage .」
