“The house was comfortable and peaceful. I wasn't in the home much during the day but the evening hours were very comfortable. I LOVED the whole house fan -- it was perfect for the season. The house was well appointed with anything you'd need for cooking, eating, and resting. The backyard was a relaxing spot for a cup of tea and some quiet morning time. ”

“The property was very clean and well-maintained. Because you’re getting just a room you have to share the common areas. We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier. Overall, it was very nice and convenient for us.”

“This property is truly one of a kind. The house is large and easily accommodates multiple families. It is an older home, so don't expect a ton of bells and whistles. But it is clean and large. The property is absolutely stunning! The view in the back of the home over the river valley looks like a computer background and the pool area was THE highlight of our trip. The property manager, Maria, is great to work with and very available throughout the process. Overall, a 5-star property, and we will……

I loved the antiques incorporated into the decor and farmhouse feel. The bed was so comfortable and the outdoor environment was charming and inviting. The hostess was communicative and kind.”

“We visited Sunset Hills in April, and it was so beautiful. Quail were browsing outside the sliding glass door. The grass was bright green and trees were leafing out. So beautiful. Very close to Sutter Creek where the shopping is fun, and the food is fabulous. Next time I want to swim in that beautiful infinity pool and sit by the fire table in the evening.
