“Property was clean. The grounds were a little unkempt. Breakfast was minimal. Rooms needed upgrades.”

“The place was beautiful the owners were so nice and amazing. We spent the weekend between Amana Colonies and Iowa City. It was close to all the places we wanted to go and visit. I will defently stay there again if I am back in Iowa. ”

“Everything was good but make sure you check your emails and messages when you have cell service if you are traveling. Wellman is a dead spot for Verizon. We had to drive back to Kalona to good enough service to access our messages.”

“Very nice house. Clean and comfortable. Weather was to cold to walk outside but if it was nice, it would have been fun to walk around see all the animals.”

“It was absolutely gorgeous. The kids enjoyed the playground near by and restaurants. If we were ever in the area again, we would stay here. Would definitely recommend!”

“Kitchen was adequately stocked. Oven got smokey because it needed cleaned. Furniture was very dusty. There were a few live and dead bugs in the house. ”

“Got there n building was closed for renovation (as were the other 2 motels at that exit). Called phone # on our reservation n understood little of his heavily accented English. Called Expedia, she called Marifah Inn, then called me back to say Marifah Inn would call us with substitute motel reservation at Cozy House Inn. He never called so we drove to Cozy House n they had no call from him, either, but very graciously gave us a nice room over 1 hour later! We hope they get reimbursed for their……

“My family enjoyed our time at this property. One of my daughters enjoyed and took advantage of the nice selection of family-friendly movies available to play on the DVD player in the living room.”
