“Room was too small”

“The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. We rented one of the outside areas for a family gathering. Its not a "high end" resort but its comfortable and the……

“Don't get the breakfast buffet. If the hotel doesn't have enough guest that purchased the buffet with their booking they will stop the breakfast buffet and offer you only ONE plate from the menu. If you are still hungry you will pay out of your own pocket for a second dish. We lost 3 days of the breakfast buffet because of this situation. What a rip off! We as customers paid for it up front and in the end, denied! Not fair! So beware.”

“De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. “The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. The towel rack was about to fall and hit me in the shower as well. Overall the breakfast was the only thing that was good with our stay. ”
